- DDDee DeeJul 31, 20261.0Very bad customer service. I believe the person serving us was the owner of Thai Express, and he was extremely rude. We ended up arguing over whether my order was for here or to go. I clearly said, "To go," but he insisted twice that I had said, "To stay." Even if there was a misunderstanding, it shouldn't have turned into an argument. If a customer decides they want their order to go, just put the food in a takeout box instead of making them feel like they're at fault. A simple solution and a polite attitude would have made all the difference. I ended up forgetting that the first box had already been given to us, so I mistakenly insisted that we hadn't received the other one yet. I think the tension from the beginning of the interaction contributed to the confusion. Regardless, I won't be ordering from this restaurant again. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, not one that leaves you feeling upset.
