  Very disappointing experience. The fries I received were cold, and when I brought it to the employee’s attention, instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were extremely rude and dismissive. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the way a customer is treated when they raise a legitimate concern matters just as much as the food. I expected basic courtesy and customer service, but unfortunately, that was not what I received. The whole experience left a very bad impression. I should not have to deal with cold food and then be treated rudely when asking for it to be corrected. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location. There are plenty of other places where customers can expect both decent food and respectful service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the customer-service issue with their staff.

  If you're searching for cold food, long waits, and customer service that treats you like you're invisible, this is the place for you. I waited 27 minutes in-store for my order of two soft tacos, a Big Crunch sandwich, and two Dorito tacos. The soft tacos arrived refrigerator-cold, the Big Crunch sandwich had all the softness of a hockey puck, and only the Dorito tacos were remotely enjoyable. I asked for my money back twice while waiting and was completely ignored by the employee. I've had some bad fast-food experiences, but this one stands out. KFC continues its quest to be Canada's worst fast-food chain, and Taco Bell should hope KFC sticks around because otherwise they may inherit the crown.

  Terrible experience, about a table spoon of beef total in the crunch wrap, politely asked for a new one or a refund and was denied. (Tore it apart afterward for picture) Would not recommend.

  We always have to wait a long time for our order at this location. I went there today, and there wasn’t even a customer ahead of me, but I still had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m done with this location.

  Someone needs to remind the workers that there's more than drive through to worry about. Walked out the last 2 times after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes.
