Came here for dinner with 3 friends for ladies night. Waitress was attentive, almost overly as if she were on a deadline to get us in and out. It was 5:30, so not overly busy. Ordered the original burger, hand cut fries and coleslaw. I felt there was a lot of value being able to choose 2 sides. Food presented well, but bun was way over toasted. Very hard and crunchy for a brioche bun. Burger was borderline over cooked. Almost seemed like it had been precooked and just thrown back on the grill. The fries seemed the same, previously cooked, then refried. Not enjoyable at all. I was anxious to taste the coleslaw as it was a generous portion, but quickly disappointed. It had zero taste, no zip, zing or seasoning at all. I added pepper in hopes of improving, but nope. Left most of it. Seems like they could do so much better. Great venue and large size for bigger groups. They need to seriously look at their food prep. When I first arrived in Red Deer 16 years ago, OJ's was the first place I ate at. It was actually memorable. The best nachos I ever had, great wings, nice drinks and very great service. The waitress really knew how to read the room. I came back a couple years ago, bragging to my daughter about the nachos. They went from hero to zero like that. I don't even know how they could even serve a sad looking plate like they did and expect people to want to order it again.

Dry ribs were phenomenal. Check out the daily specials. Stopped in here after a long day by myself, honestly felt so distraught to be real, I came here to catch a break and find some peace. Shiloh, my server, was so incredible. Her service was the best. She was so genuine and kind. When she asked me what I was doing for the rest of my night when handing me the check, I accidentally broke down. My dinner was $10.50... literally nothing. I wanted to tip her $10 too, but when I asked to pay the bill she said, "It's on me." I'll never forget that. This is so beyond corny, but it just proves how incredibly intentional Shiloh is at her job. She could've got me my food and water, not made conversation, she didn't have to go so above and beyond, but she did. She sat next to me and let me vent... a broken stranger she just loved on when she didn't have to. That's not her job. Precious soul. God bless her heart and soul so infinitely in Jesus' name. I would highly recommend requesting her as your server, if possible. Also I recommend a promotion for her. Shiloh is a light and she's changing the world for the better from OG Joe's to wherever her most wildest ambitious dreams are. Thank you for the yummy food and service, Og Joes and Shiloh. You sweet, blessed gift from heaven. Been there one other time, can't remember exactly what I got that time, but couldn't complain whatsoever. Everything has always been so incredible here. I forgot to mention I'm from Arizona. I will always come back whenever I'm here.

The food was delicious, as usual, and our server, Blake, was great! He was so pleasant, didn't interrupt too often, and did a very professional job.

Blake was wonderful. Food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. He checked on the table frequently and overall made the expirience delightful.

Ordered nachos, maybe the worst I’ve ever had. Cheese tasted like it was fake cheese or something, anyways ate 3 and pushed them to the side. Waitress was great though and took them off the bill.
Dry ribs were tasteless and greasy, even salt and pepper didn’t help. My wife thought her salad was decent though.
Anyways would never eat here again.
