  I think I would just rather make my own coffee at home only now. I lost count on how many times i've waited 20 min in the lobby for just a medium coffee. Drive thru is usually lined up so I almost always go order inside. order at the kiosk and literally no one else, standing waiting for an order.And it's usually about twenty minutes for a coffee. Maybe it's just me, but prices have gone up and service has gone way down. And that's pretty much everywhere. So the convenience of someone else, making my coffee is just not worth it. Keurig always serves me in 2 min or less 🤣🤣🤣

  There is a staff member who communicates in a way that feels passive-aggressive and unnecessarily repetitive. During my drive-thru order, I was asked multiple extensive questions about the menu and had information repeated several times, which made the interaction frustrating rather than helpful. It would be beneficial for management to review how customer interactions are handled to ensure communication is clear, respectful, and efficient. I would encourage others who have similar experiences to provide feedback to management so this can be addressed. Don’t let her gaslight you into thinking you’re overreacting.

  Absolutely disgusting! I found a nail in my burger are you kidding me i couldnt eat it at the restaurant but when i got home took one bite and there was a nail like gross never going back absolutely disgusting everyone should be fired for this kind of crap wth

  Someone or maybe a few of them need to fired on the afternoon shift, always botching orders and serving half filled/over cooked french fries. Lots of issues at this location.

  Amazing experience every time! The staff is super friendly, and the food is always fresh and tasty.
