I had such a great experience at McDonald’s today. I accidentally dropped my soft serve. The cashier (Nanki🤍) was incredibly kind, polite, and hardworking. She handled everything so professionally and with such a positive attitude. You can truly see how dedicated she is to her job. Thank you for the wonderful service Nanki..!!

Although there were only a handful of customers ahead of us, the wait time was excessively long. One order was for mobile pickup, while ours was dine-in, yet the service was slower than anticipated. However, Dianne's friendly demeanor was a redeeming factor.

There were only two customers ahead of us, yet the wait time was extremely long. One of the orders was a mobile pickup, while ours was dine-in. Despite this, the service took far longer than expected.
What was most disappointing was that one staff member was on a phone call and did not seem attentive to the customers waiting. This significantly affected the service experience.

Like others said if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a McDouble with bacon and it came with no bacon on it when the custom order sticker clearly had it. My fries were stone cold and the lettuce on my JR chicken was definitely spoiled. It has a rank smell to it I didn’t even attempt. See photo attached. I get McDonald’s isn’t supposed to be luxury dining but this is not edible…
