  It was 9:44 am when I got these burritos … why are you serving food that’s over 8 hours old? This is a simple menu item that could be made more fresh to order… Dry , crusty & the cheese was no longer cheesing . Ordered double double coffees and def did not receive the right order . Only giving two stars because the customer service is ok

  the asian guy with Black hair who seemed to be the manage was COMPLETELY ignorant and rude to me. I ordered multiple wraps today, and I opened one of them and it was filled with hair and the wrap had a huge rip in it to the point where it was falling apart, and there was a hole in the wrapper that caused sauce to leak all over my car hands and the bag itself. I asked if I could get it replaced and he repeatedly started yelling at me and I tried to speak and he actually wouldn’t let me speak and kept talking over me saying that he’s gonna pull the CCTV footage so I continuously told him to pull it as I know I’m not lying because why would I lie about that? he then proceeded to walk away from me while I’m in the middle of trying to reason with him. So he left me standing there alone at the till, and his coworker had to get me a new rap as he would not cooperate. i’m very agitated with my experience and unpleased and likely will NOT return. he accused me of adding the hair, even though I am blonde, and the hair was very obviously black. once I stated this, he still continuously yelled at me. The new wrap wasn’t even good either as it still had rips in it but I was too sick of it to even do anything about it.

  They close during the night for 20 minutes when they want for "food safety". So no morning coffee on the way to work....worst location!

  I was genuinely surprised during my visit to McDonald’s when I found out they don’t offer soda refills. This was the first time I’ve ever encountered that at any location, so it caught me off guard. I’ve always associated McDonald’s with at least the option for refills, especially when dining in,

  I am IMPECCABLY disappointed with this McDonalds location. I went to the drive thru on my lunch break with a coupon for either a free Big Mac, a free McChicken or a free McVeggie. The drive thru service was HORRENDOUS I stated I had a coupon and would like the McChicken instead they placed my order as NINE meals and did NOT listen to my request. After an IMPOSSIBLE back and forth I finally got them to understand my order. AND THEN I drove to the first window as I had also ordered a small fry and planned to pay with a gift card. As I attempted to pay with the gift card the man at the window began to SCREAM and YELL at me about the gift card he was screaming instructions while also pulling the machine away so I couldn’t reach so I was PRACTICALLY outside of my vehicle. The worker then FORCIBLY SNATCHED my gift card from my grasp to swipe it himself he then proceeded to SCREAM the remaining balance at me AND THEN as I was pulling away he SWORE at me while SLAMMING the window keep in mind I am a SIXTEEN year old girl. Then when I proceeded to the second window the worker practically THREW my food into the car. This experience was not satisfying and to top it all off my burger had barely any sauce or lettuce and a DOG could have put it together better. This McDonald’s is a DISGRACE to the company and the workers are disrespectful and incompetent I would NEVER recommend this location as this is NOT the first time I have been inconvenienced when trying to simply order a BURGER.
