  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars! I had a wonderful experience at KFC thanks to Khaatima! 🌟 She is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. 😊 Her customer service was outstanding. She served us so well, with patience and kindness. She explained everything clearly and helped us understand the menu perfectly. 🍗✨ She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and gave excellent recommendations too. @Khaatima truly made our visit special. Employees like her are the reason customers come back again and again! She deserves all the appreciation for her hard work and positive attitude. 🙌 KFC is lucky to have someone like Khaatima.   I had a wonderful experience at KFC/Taco Bell and wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff who made our visit so enjoyable. A special thank you to Garcia, Mlinda, Ghaith, and Khatima for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome. They were patient while taking our order, answered our questions kindly, and made sure everything was prepared correctly and served promptly. Even during a busy time, they remained professional, friendly, and attentive to every customer. It’s not often that you come across a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive experience, but these employees truly went above and beyond. Their teamwork, positive attitudes, and dedication to excellent service did not go unnoticed. They turned a simple meal into a pleasant and memorable visit. Thank you, Garcia, Mlinda, Ghaith, and Khatima, for your hard work and for treating customers with such kindness and respect. KFC/Taco Bell is fortunate to have such an incredible team.   Genuinely torturous experience trying to just get fast food in a drive through. When we pulled up they did not warn us that their card reader was down due to wifi issues so we ended up being forced to wait at the window for ten minutes while she left to try and give it a moment to reset. It was already a long wait because they obviously had the same issue with the cars ahead of us as not many people carry enough cash on them to pay for full meals, and then when we had already been forced to wait at the window for ten minutes no better suggestion or compensation for the incredible waste of time was offered and we ended up leaving with no food. Will not be returning.
