  The staff is very nice, but waiting 40 minutes for popcorn chicken and tenders is insane to me!

  Waited almost 30 mins in the drive thru. They should be parking people if they have big orders so other won't need to wait too long. Terrible service!

  Had an issue with a food item on previous visit and Sherri the interterum manager took care of it professionally and to my satisfaction. She's a very good employee. Being a manager did not stop her from working the line and cleaning. She has no ego and is very pleasant as well as very polite. I highly recommend this location.

  The cashier was a sweetheart and doing his best to keep up . The waist however was extremely upsetting . I understand it gets busy and chicken takes time to cook . I ordered a sandwich and fries and hubby had a 2 piece meal . We waited almost 15 min . The cashier said 5 more minutes for fresh , we got the order 10 min later totalling roughly 25 minutes . I would have been happy to wait for fresh had they told me . Also who I assume is the supervisor was yelling at the cashier and being rude to him . “ WHO ORDERED THE 4 PIECE” in such an aggressive and snobby tone . Do better lady . Also your cashier has the patience of a saint . The Asian lady from the kitchen ? You need anger management

  I always have great experiences at the KFCs in Red Deer. I was here a few days ago with friends which was no exception. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made my visit even better. The customer service was lovely and quick. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back again.
