  My husband and I quite often go to KFC (South hill) in red deer when we are there and I have to say that the last two times we have gone has been the best chicken and hottest and freshest and most delicious we have had at any kfc in years! Oh and the staff are on point! Friendly, happy to be there and super service 👍 The renovations from the car missing the drive thru seem to be taking a lot longer!

  Very disappointing experience at the KFC North Red Deer location. Google Maps showed the restaurant was open until 11:00 PM, and I arrived at around 10:37 PM after driving from another part of the city. The drive-thru lights were still on, making it appear the restaurant was serving customers. However, the staff had blocked the drive-thru with chairs, so no one could place an order. If you stop serving before your posted closing time, turn off the drive-thru lights and update your hours. Don’t leave everything looking open while preventing customers from ordering. This wasted my time, fuel, and effort. I have photos showing the drive-thru was blocked. Customers’ time should be respected. I hope management addresses this issue so it doesn’t happen to others.
