    Worst beef patties in red deer. I upgraded to the Angus patty thinking it would save the meal, but this was a massive disappointment. The beef here has a tough, rubbery mouthfeel because it is clearly packed with crumbs and fillers instead of being 100% pure beef. To make matters worse, the meat feels like it was already pre-cooked and then just reheated on their grill, which completely destroys the texture and leaves it dry and spongy. It feels identical to the lowest-quality frozen patties you’d find in a grocery store discount aisle.It is mind-boggling that Harvey's is this bad when literally every other fast-food chain completely clears them. Even though Burger King also flame-broils, their patties actually taste like real meat and have a tender texture. Wendy's, McDonald's, and A&W all have a natural, juicy crumble because they use real beef instead of whatever rubbery binder Harvey’s is serving.Harvey’s relies entirely on you masking the meat with toppings at the counter because the actual burger base is trash. If you want a burger that actually feels and tastes like real food, go literally anywhere else. Absolute waste of money.

    They are taking sooooo long to prepare the deliveries. They need to realise whoever comes to pick up an order is not free all day for them waiting to receive the order. Customers sitting and ordering from home are as important as the ones sitting in there waiting for the orders as they both pay same amount to them. Need improvement on it.

    Iv been debating posting this for a few days now. We were there last friday june the 19th it was 1245 in the afternoon we ordered 3 meals all 3 meals we wanted the new slushie drink so we paid the up charge and got the drinks. Fast fwd to our food being ready we are called to dress our burgers and then told that the slushie machien needed a few more mons to ice up. Now keep in mind my order was placed at 1245. We finished out meal and still no drinks at 130 we go to ask and are told its still not ready.. well then hubby says to bad 45 mins and its not ready just give me what u got. We ended up with a nasty sugary drink that was NOT a slush at all. 45 mins to wait for a drink is NOT ACCEPTABLE and not even a sorry or here how about a cookie nothing. Maybe just maybe if ur machien is not ready at 1245 in the afternoon dont sell slushies. The food was good tho.
