  May 11th, 2026 at 10:14pm Shoutout to Kairi for serving my brother and I in the drive thru after noticing the dining was closed at 9pm. We had 6-8 coupons and an order worth $60. We didn’t have a car at that time and decided to order at the drive thru window. Their evening/ closing staff was lovely! Kairi’s hospitality towards customers was wholesome and she was very sweet! Thank you for the service Kairi! We Will be coming back again!

  Asked for a kids cone with strawberries on the side. It took them 3 tries, attitude, and eye rolls to get it right. I would have been fine with the 3 tries if it didn't come with side of attitude.

  Our cashier decided to make some personal comments about me that I didn’t find very respectful nor nice, maybe keep your personal opinions away from the work atmosphere.

  Went in with my daughter today at 830pm. There was a group of 3 men in front of us. They were served and we stood waiting to be served for almost 15 minutes with no one in front of us. There was 4 people working behind the counter, 2 of them seemed more concerned with talking than working. We left and got our ice cream from Coop. We both found it quite funny since 2 of my kids (17 and 18) have both applied and were not hired and would work a lot harder than their current employees.

  I stopped by late in the evening and ordered ranch crispy chicken wraps and they gave me spicy ones. I can’t eat spicy food, and by the time I realized the mistake the DQ was already closed. Really sad about not getting ranch.
