  Its always a hit and miss with the food. Earlier in the day it's usually good and fresh, later in the day there's a longer wait and chicken tastes stale (sometimes sour) and the usually tasty coating is dripping with grease. The salads ALWAYS have a grey tinge to them and taste unappealing. The fries are always great. Nice staff or I wouldn't go back. Sometimes owners of fast food places have store policies and unfortunately in Ponoka that policy is not always fresh.

  Better than normal KFC food wasn't greasy like you get in calgary was able to eat it without having to wipe my hands after every bite

  Im staying in the western budget next door and usually stop in the KFC for my lunch but today I went in and ordered and everything was normal till I got back to my room and opened my order and found hair all in my wrap, I called back ans they said they weren't able to help me out

  One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at KFC Ponoka. The front counter lady named Sandy was very rude to customers. I was the second customer waiting at the time, and when I politely asked her to check my online order, she shouted and responded very rudely. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
