My friends and I went there. We order 3 subs and a bowl. There was Indian girl she was rude maybe because we are Indian however she was so nice with other customers. I would like to mention the guy who was working there he was super nice and sweet. What ever rating i am giving just because of him.

We stopped in here for dinner. There was only one person working and about 10 people waiting for meals. We were a group of 4. When my daughter went to order she hadn’t even spoke yet and the employee told her to hurry up because her line was getting longer. Five others were served before us. It was rude and uncalled for. It’s not the customers fault they don’t have enough people working when it gets busy.

We were relieved to find a well-known food option open at 9:30 pm in small town Pincher Creek. Everything was fine until it was time to pay. We ordered 2x foot long subs, 4 single serve chips and opted for bottled beverages instead of the fountain drink. To us, this translated as 4 combos. Instead of having the lone employee make 4x 6" subs, we thought we saved her and us some time & effort by ordering 2x 12"/ft long subs. At the register, our order was rung in without any combo pricing applied. On the menu board, it clearly states a bottled beverage can be substituted for the fountain drinks for an upcharge of $0.60 per bottled beverage, which we chose to do with 4x bottled water. The employee charged $15.96 for those 4x bottled water. I questioned this and that's when employee stated "the system only allows me to enter it this way." I knew this was not so, and politely indicated she read the menu sign. She didn't know what to do and I knew we weren't paying $16 for 4x single serving bottled water. She phoned her manager and conversed with him in their language which effectively removed transparency and inclusivity from the transaction. He asked to speak to me, which I did and was able to speak to my concerns that we were not being afforded the pricing option as stated on the Subway menu sign. The manager became more helpful when I suggested that I simply conclude my visit and go elsewhere. He said the employee must have rang in my order wrong and asked me to hand the phone back to her. They again conversed in their language and then she again handed the phone to me. By then, we were exasperated by the difficulty to receive the advertised Subway combo deal and just wanted to eat and move on. Out of hunger and frustration, we ended up paying $39 and change instead of the $53 she originally rang in. While the food was as expected, who wants to spend an extra 20-25 mins to receive advertised pricing and still feel like one is being ripped off? Not I. This experience has changed my mind about this franchise that now seems the Subway is Sub-par.
