  They don’t know how to speak English. They messed up my order. Cost me way more than it should’ve been Please can we have a standard to actually speak English or drive-through or any customer service

  I've eaten here a lot over the winter. I've had my order wrong a few times. No one has taken any action to correct it and I've been met with silence as if it's not their doing. The other day I ordered my meal with a large fry. Got my order. It was with a small fry. I went inside to ask for a large fry and they argued with me that it is a large. Then the guy at the counter grabbed my bag and began rooting through my food. I thought that was gross and I told them to keep it. Incredibly upset in the moment. Idk if I can eat here anymore. Was one of my favourite spots.

  Went with coupons we received in the mail. We were told they were taking those yet. Then why do I have them already? The app never works for us and they won't give us the deals on the app. Next time went with coupon and it took them 15 minutes to figure out how to punch it in. We left with no chicken. Disappointing experience everytime.

  You now have to ask for a fork through the drive-thru. They wont just put it in the bag like any normal joint when you order a poutine. They told me thats what they were doing when i had to waste my time going back there to get one. Thats a wild way of doing business. You guys really conserving wooden forks now? For food items that require forks?

  I got a Big Crunch sandwich and I cut it in half shared with my friend … two in the morning both of us woke up with food poisoning…. Never going to kfc ever again
