  Probably the worst service I have ever received anywhere. Ordered from their self checkout, and it came out completely wrong after waiting for 25 minutes. When I told the staff, they argued with me and refused to fix the order. My friend had to wait for 25 minutes for 2 hard shell tacos and when he went to ask them about his order, they gave him 2 soft shell tacos.

  Every time I stop here they get the order wrong and worst of all, on last stop they argued with you on it so yoy feel like a burden for wanting what you ordered. They ask you if you want to Supreme your fries, you say yes then they hand you fries with cheese. It happens, but then they argue back with you on it after asking if you wanted to supreme them in the first place.

  Taco Bell Okotoks, let me tell you..!!!! Always get what im after, considering we are driving from Calgary when we do, appreciate that the orders right and the food is good! cheers

  Im feeling gouged I bought 2 soft hamburger tacos for dinner today ,I asked not to have the shells and I got the shells anyway instead of the wrap that I originally asked for.... I get my order and its 2 tiny shells barely any hamburger meat and I was charged 16.35$ , I will not be comming back ,this is ridiculous, this is an hours work for some people... if you go to the burrito place you get a huge one for that price 6 times the size if this .....

  It's hard to believe that Taco Bell if you're looking for that nostalgic craving that kicks in once in awhile make the drive out to Calgary and find one of the last two Taco bells remaining there. Orders are consistently wrong. Overpriced. And quite frankly, hate to say it, but unless you're Filipino or Muslim and don't expect any service in the store, you will constantly be pushed aside when others allowed to go first. I ordered the double beef and cheese burrito. I got a little bit of rice and cheese. No beef to be seen and was still charging arm and a leg. Service was horrible in this place back in high school. It's a wonder how they kept the doors open as it is gone significantly downhill since then... Can't even say Taco Bell is the cheapest way to make yourself sick anymore
