  We order from this Subway in Okotoks almost every week, and we are always very happy with both the service and the food. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, even when it gets busy. Everything is made quickly but still with great attention to detail, and the quality is always good. Ayush is always extremely helpful, works very hard, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right! I always enjoy tuna sub!

  Highly recommend Subway in Okotoks. It’s the best Subway in Alberta!!! Ayush is very friendly, nice and supportive person who helps a lot with our special orders every time!!! Thank you, guys!!!

  “The guy who helped me was awesome. I really recommend this place. I ordered 2 Italian Herb & Cheese footlongs and he made everything quickly even though he was working by himself. He stayed friendly, patient, and made the sandwiches perfectly. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and overall it was a really good experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  Ordered subs for delivery from this Okotoks location twice in the past month. Both times one of our sandwiches was missing ALL the ingredients. This week the Italian sub came with very little meat and the cheese and toppings were all missing! No cheese?? No mayo or pickles or olives or crunchy onions? Had to put our own mayo and pickles on. Bread was dry and overall it was awful. Won’t order from here again unless we are in the actual store so we can make sure it’s made properly. The fact that this happened twice in a short period of time is a red flag and means this is their normal 👎
