  Since what seems like new ownership, quality of their blizzards are down big time. Not mixed at all, cheap on the toppings. Even gave them a heads up we were disappointed a couple times and still the same issue Just avoid this one, get your ice cream somewhere else!

  Went through the drive through and asked for a Misty Slush. They instead gave me a Misty Freeze and didn’t fix the order they messed up on. This is the second time now. Clearly doesn’t know their menu. Ended up having to pay more than I was supposed to because they have me the wrong item.

  This was one of the most disgusting food service experiences I’ve ever seen at a Dairy Queen. An employee in the kitchen was touching his Nose and Pubes and then immediately handling burgers and fries with the same hands—no washing, no gloves, nothing. Completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. What’s worse is that this was happening under supervision, which tells you everything about how poorly this place is managed. Basic hygiene standards are clearly not being followed. I walked out on the spot. If this is what customers can see, I don’t even want to imagine what’s happening behind the scenes. Avoid this location.

  DINERS BEWARE! Family ate here May 1st and order two flame thrower chicken finger dinners with ice cream for dip. Fingers were smaller than a babies thumb, dry as jerky and tasted like garbage. Then the boxes only had the equivalent of 3/4 cup of fries. Smaller than a child’s fries. Waste of money. Went back May 2 to tell them manager at supper was a horrible person wouldn’t listen. We ordered a double cheese stack burger. She says which one, so we say flamethrower and she says ok and a cone. We get to window and give coupons. She comes out and says the coupon is for a double cheese, which we originally ordered but was told to order flamethrower, then teller wanted to charge us for flamethrower because it was already being made. She discounted burger due to her mistake Dan had us pay. Then she comes back few minutes later and says no your actually getting a cheeseburger after we paid for the flamethrower. Umm nope so we ask for manager. Manager comes out and argues that we cannot get a flamethrower burger after paying for it. She continues to argue. Then finally after argument about last night garbage in a box she throws hot sauce on the double burger and sends us on our way!

  Disgusting 🤮🤮🤮😡😡😡 I had a very concerning experience at this Dairy Queen location. I watched an employee he look like Indian guy prepare my Blizzard using bare hands inside the cup, without gloves. 🤮After that, he went to the kitchen and continued preparing food without washing his hands, directly touching vegetables and other ingredients. Dirty washrooms, dirty tables, dirty parking lot. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene like proper handwashing and avoiding direct hand contact with ready-to-eat food should always be followed. I did not eat the food and kept it as evidence. I am not interested in a refund,I am reporting this so proper inspections and corrective actions can be taken to protect other customers. I strongly urge management and health inspectors to look into this location. Canadian wake up 🤟 Time to stand up and protect and aware our people .
