She apologized and said she was new, then went to ask her coworker. They came back and confirmed the vegetables were actually raw and not cooked. The rice also looked like it had been sitting out for days, there was a hard crusted ring around the top and the cilantro looked wilted. We ended up leaving because we did not feel comfortable feeding our family that food.
