We ate at Montana's twice. The first time was okay, however... the second time was busy, which I understand but our experience was bad!
We were a group of 7, we all had time to decide on our meals before anyone came to take our drink orders. Half of the drinks arrived in a decent time but the rest took at least 20 minutes.
The food took a while but we understood because it was busy BUT my meal didnt come. Everyone was almost done eating before I received my food. I ended up just asking for a to go box. They did remove my meal from the bill after my group complained.
We had to ask for the bill and it took 20-30 minutes to get. One of the group asked to speak with the manager, when he came, he didnt seem to care about the poor service.
Never again!
Went for dinner and once seated didn't get proper introduction from whos serving table and took 20 minutes to get even drinks that we ordered food at same time. Once food came my girlfriend didn't receive hers till everyone was almost half done there food. Never got repeat visits from any server still through dinner and one manager was decent dealing with food issue and other was basically ignoring us with discussing situation basically ignoring the issue and only care for quality of food we had during the visit

Went for Mother’s Day , made reservations for 5, our waitress was amazing, but there was an older lady who was the hostess that came up to our table and before we could say hello made us aware that our table was reserved out at 7 so we had just under 2 hours to finish our meal… it was awkward and kinda put a downer on our dinner as we felt rushed ! If you need 2 hours for dinner that’s definitely not the costumers fault lol!! She was just not friendly , I didn’t get her name because I honestly didn’t want to have her come back around!!! She definitely did not make us feel welcome on our special day!

We visited on Saturday, May 9 th and Bonnie was our server. She was awesome. Attentive, engaged and just a pleasure. We always enjoy the food here, but Bonnie made sure we experienced the whole package. She is a great ambassador for the business. We’ll be back!
I’ve visited this location several times, which is why I was genuinely surprised by how poor the service was during my most recent visit.
Unfortunately, our experience at Montana's BBQ & Bar fell well below expectations. Our drinks sat at the bar for roughly 10 minutes before being brought to us. We were only checked on once or twice throughout the meal, and after requesting cornbread, it never arrived. We ultimately had to ask another staff member, as well as request an extra plate separately.
I do want to acknowledge Lindsey, who stepped in to assist us. Although it wasn’t her responsibility, she helped promptly and ensured we received what we needed without further delays. Her effort did not go unnoticed and was appreciated.
Overall, this visit was disappointing, especially compared to my previous experiences here. I hope this was just an off night and that service improves moving forward.
