  I was disappointed with my experience. I specifically ordered a particular item, but when I received my order, it was incorrect. When I brought the mistake to the staff member’s attention, he insisted that I had never specified the item to the person at the till. This was frustrating because he was in the back at the time the order was taken and could not have known what was said. The employee who took my order also seemed more focused on repeatedly telling me that the item would take 20 minutes to cook than on listening carefully to what I was actually ordering. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of a misunderstanding and working toward a solution, I was met with an argument. Mistakes can happen, but good customer service is about listening to customers and handling those situations professionally. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed rather than helped.

  Mom, 89, loves the fact that she can speak to someone to order as opposed to the new in store terminals. He recommended fir additional $2.00 to add 2 salads & gravy. What a savings. Fast service. There isca drive through as well for those on the go. Handicap parking is literally in front of the entrance doors as opposed to the side (difficult to walk around a building when old with cane). Highly recommend this location and the very pleasant Chinese? Asian guy who helped us.

  Have ordered twice and each time I was told I would have to wait; once for 30 minutes and once for 15 minutes. Whatever happened to "fast" food? I will never go there again - go to Churches Fried Chicken instead, closer and food is yummier!

  The chicken was very small pieces and very dry. I think it was day old. Not empressed.
