  I've been to this place at least five times, and i had bad experience every time. The chicken in the burger and the fries are always cold, and the food tastes like it was premade and mildly reheated before being served. I gave this place multiple chances, hoping maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but nothing changed. I won't be coming back

  This is the best KFC in Southern Alberta. Food was frash and staff is friendly and the place is clean.

  The food was good, but even when I was so pressed & wanted to use their washrooms they said I couldn't because they had no electricity at the time I got there.

  Disappointing and Inconsistent Piece Distribution ⭐I used to be a die-hard KFC addict, but the piece distribution at this location has become incredibly frustrating. A standard bucket should feature a fair variety of cuts. Instead, my orders are routinely filled almost entirely with dark meat—like getting 8 thighs and 7 legs in a 15-piece bucket. When I called today to ask about the 8-piece standard, I was given conflicting answers. First, I was told it was 4 thighs and 4 legs. When I questioned that, I was told the "standard" was actually 3 legs, 3 thighs, 1 wing, and 1 rib. The lack of consistency and standard white meat cuts makes it feel like you aren't getting what you pay for. Sadly, after years of loyalty, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
