  We tried KFC again after almost a year. We thought the new chicken spots in town might have pushed this place to step up their game, but we were wrong. The chicken was nearly flavorless—not the recipe I remember—and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Service was even worse than a year ago. There are much better options in town, we are officially done with KFC.

  Always liked KFC. The dunmore location has always had fast and friendly service and very accommodating of requests. Ill continue to come here.

  Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Worker was rude. Burger bun and chicken was dry. Wrap was so dry it just cracked and fell apart. Lady taking order didn’t understand anything we asked for, had to repeat several times. Messed up drinks and gave us a spicy chili fry when we asked for regular large fry. 0/10 waste of money

  Hit and miss at this place. Last time I was here had a very friend I believe English woman on the counter, very friendly, very helpful. Today I had some snarky eastern girl who literally stood there with her hands behind her back like a drill sergeant. I gave her my order, had to repeat it twice because she didnt get it, than she got huffy when I counted out my cash to pay, she did not ask me what kind of dipping sauce I wanted with my coupon so I asked about it and she huffed and puffed about that too........and this is why nobody wants to deal with these people.
