I have to preface this by admitting that I’m a bit of a Fish & Chips snob! I’ve had this across Canada from coast to coast. Recognizing we are in the centre of the country and the fish would have been frozen I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The hatter was thin and crispy, the haddock was buttery soft with a nice flake and the fries were flavourful. The side salad was fresh with no wilted or old bits. I can only say WELL DONE!! Not my last order.
