  2nd time served either rotten spinach or lettuce - not sure why you put rotten food in your subs?

  I have a friend who lives in the area. We visit often and we always talk about this subway! We think it used to be owned by different owners. Now the (presumed) new owners seem to care about quality and service . In the past This place was disgusting !!! Now it is clean and well maintained. One of the best subways in Lethbridge. Some of the other subway stores locally still display atrocious cleanliness and food quality standards The employees could use some work , but the dark haired blue eyed man was such an excellent sandwich artist. There are some employees that seem not too fluent in English , but the nice man that regularly helps us offsets that. Quality Food, with great customer service , fast , simple, cheap. What else can you ask for?

  They called about order to say they had no bacon so they exchanged it for pepperoni which was great. When the food arrived the meatball sub had NO cheese. The Veggie sub had NO lettuce. The milk I ordered should have been chocolate but it was white. I called the store and she told me “yes we have lettuce now” and I said “my order just arrived WITHOUT lettuce” she said “we didn’t have lettuce when we made your order but we do now.” I said “ummmmmm ok well my milk came white and not chocolate” and she said “ oh ya we didn’t have any chocolate milk either.” Stunned I said “well no one told me any of that” and her response was “oh ya I’m sorry about that.” I sat in silence for a moment giving an opportunity for a solution and she said nothing. I didn’t even know what to say or do at this point because I’ve never had such a disgusting and ignorant response to a legit customer complaint in my life. Eventually I said”well ok” and then she said again “ya so sorry about that.” I said “whatever” and hung up. Once off the phone my boyfriend showed me that he had no cheese on his sandwich. I’m usually a very polite and accommodating person but this was atrocious and I am very upset. Particularly, that there was no effort made to fix the situation. As a side note, I’ve been in hospital for weeks and this was my real meal I could eat, and I chose subway. My sub only asked for 3 ingredients (extra cheese, extra cucumber, extra lettuce) so needless to say when 1/3 of that was missing my disappointment was big. I was willing to be kind about it until I got the above responses.

  Meshwa was amazing! Very friendly, made our sandwiches perfectly! She has a great smile and personality, her customer service is bang on!

  Food was okay, I recently visited this Subway location and had a disappointing experience. The employee Kush did not seem interested in making my order and was also rude during the interaction. The service felt unwelcoming and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service.
