  Came in for the weekend from out of town. Food was fine, but service was bad, bartender and manager spent more on their phone than attending to guests. Seeing someone text on their phone while pouring drinks isn’t the professional look you want. Location definitely missing a leader to ensure proper guest service. Being a business manager for 23 years it was quite sad to watch and experience.

  The food was absolutely amazing, and the customer service was some of the best we have ever received. We did have an extremely long wait for our food, but the staff handled the situation with so much kindness, professionalism, and care. They acknowledged the delay, apologized sincerely, and even comped part of our bill, which we really appreciated. Even with the wait, the quality of the food and the way we were treated completely won us over. It is rare to see a restaurant take that much pride in making things right for their customers. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

  Went there for wings and unfortunately they were done way too much. They were dry and hard to eat.

  Cienna I hope you get her as your server she changed our entire outlook about this place. We were about to swear off west side original joes due to some pretty bad service we have had in the past but wanted to give it one last try and we got this sweet girl absolutely loved her. I didn't even have to ask for a refill she was on it before I was even done made sure we were happy the whole time. Come here and tip her nicely she is the reason we will be back here. Thank you for your customer service stay awesome chickee.

  Steph Brinkhurst is more than worth visiting for. She embodied warmth and service and genuine attention. She served with excellence and was very focused. She shines in customer service. She would be an Excellent manager, she really cares about people and would excell in such a position. When hiring out staff her personality was always what we looked for. I hope you see this Steph, nice to meet you and thanks for remembering us from last year on the patio. Impressed. Kudos to whoever hired you!!!!
