  Delicious food and very accommodating. We ordered a chili cheese dog, loaded bacon dog, loaded bacon fries and a order of loaded veggie fries with gravy, (which was not on the menu). The staff was very accommodating, quick, and it was reasonable pricing. The food was very tasty. A bonus feature was samples while we waited for our order. A+

  Richard T. and his awesome team never disappoint! The service was incredibly fast, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming—it felt just like being treated like family. I had the Works Poutine and the Bacon Double Cheese Dog, and both were absolutely delicious. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and made for an excellent lunch. Great food, great people, and great service every time I stop in. Richard and his team truly know how to “Spread the Fry Love.” Their positive attitude, attention to customers, and consistently tasty food keep me coming back. If you’re looking for a place with amazing customer service and a great meal, this is it. Highly recommended!

  The food is always amazing, sometimes it can get super busy so if you don’t want to wait go when there is no line. The service is amazing and the staff are always super friendly the most you wait for food is five minutes or less depending on how busy they are or if you’re waiting on fresh. They are also handing out coupons quite regularly and have a wide verity of menu choices

  While I was ordering I saw a large guy treating his employees poorly. The atmosphere for me was very tense and I can see how unprofessional he treated his co workers, and he had an attitude. I believe this is quite unprofessional. While eating I saw the manager giving his employees a hard time and as someone that has worked in a fast food chain it’s not easy and they should take into consideration his workers. June 16 2026. I hope management investigates this.

  Stopped by New York Fries recently for my work break and had yet again a great experience! The fries are always hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous for the price. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The manager was handing out sample fries to customers while they waited, which I believe was a thoughtful gesture! The girl working the cash was especially friendly and welcoming. My order was ready quickly, and the overall atmosphere was great. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for fresh fries and amazing service here in Lethbridge! 😛🤞
