Placed an online order expecting quick service since the restaurant was practically empty, yet still had to wait 20+ minutes for a simple bagel. Being told to wait outside made the experience even worse. To top it off, the coffee was completely cold by the time it was handed over. Poor service, poor organization, and zero consideration for customers’ time. Definitely not worth the money or frustration.

Terrible customer service at front counter by the shift manager. Didn't even hand me my receipt or tell me the total. People were waiting for 5+ minutes for their order to be taken.

They put someone who has a hard time speaking English in the drive thru. Like you can get it. But it takes a few times. They generally seems unhappy. Like come on! You have a job. You take away from local kids that WANT to get there feet wet in the work force but never hired.

All too often my order is wrong or missing something. There are too many rude employees that don't even try to hide their obvious disgust and presumed assumptions about the homeless who eat there. Homeless are people too. Many of them are just like me and you,but somewhere along the way, life just threw them for a loop ,and before they could get a grip on what was happening they ended up homeless.I'm can happen to anyone. My friend met a guy online. She visited a couple times, and they did marry.Butfast forward a couple years, the marriage is horrible. She has to leave to save herself, but because be would never get a passport pic taken to send in with her permanent resident sponsorship, her visa expired, and when she left her id's were all stolen too. So there she was ....no ID, no SIN number , no transportation, no income ,no healthcare , which means no food hamper, and stranded in a foreign country where she had zero family. She was totally alone and on her own. Before that, she had never been on her own. She married her 1st hubby when she was a teenager. And all because a toxic husband wouldn't follow through on sponsoring her. It was so toxic, she had to leave. Her face was starting to paralyze itself due to stress causing her neuropathy to flare up. She had even lost her voice from screaming to be heard . She had to leave.....she wasn't lazy, nor on drugs . She didn't have a mental illness either. She was just having some bad luck. But, she's smart a ď resilient . So, just because someone is down on their luck and might look bad, your employees should never judge anyone by appearance. Sometimes they're just like you n me on the inside. ALSO ***** this is Canada. McDs is a retaraunt open to serve the public, mostly citizens in Canada. Employees should be made to stick to one or the other language. It's quite rude to be speaking in a language that no one understands what could they possibly be saying that they would not want Others to understand? It causes mistrust by cusromers in and out of your store because they could be saying anything from "do your job" to "look at that person in line! They're so _______! Hahaha"

I would give it zero Stars if I could look. The drive-thru is supposed to be quick and easy, not parked. I just went through this morning for breakfast and I swear to God 90% of the vehicles were parked. Stop lying to your corporate overlords. You're not getting your cars through as fast as you pretending you are not only that they completely forgot my order. I had to go in and get it. I did my best not to swear the manager was very nice and she helped me out and she explained the problem and I told her I said you know what I said. I knew you were going to forget as soon as you parked me. I did get a refund and my food but the fact of the matter is all McDonald's do this stop parking vehicles. You are lying to your corporate overlords be honest and get people through properly and correctly. That's the biggest problem. There are so many mistakes made on orders now because all they care about is speed. Tim Hortons does this everybody does this. Anyway, the manager was nice. I tried to keep my cool as best I could. I think I did okay but really really disappointed this morning!
