  We barely order from this location because 8 out of 10 times it's always messed up. Today, I ordered pancakes with bacon. And I asked for extra butter. Good thing I asked because after we left, there was no butter inside the bag, and after checking it at home, there was no bacon. Time to put an end to ordering from this location. It's very disappointing.

  Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Complacency at its peak. I don’t even want to explain, but the experience brought to light why McDonald’s is at the end of its life.

  FYI, if you want to book the birthday room at the McDonald’s play place, DONT. They jump the price of happy meals to 13$ (for some reason), they are rude when you ask for info and help, and the room has NO AC. It’s boiling hot, they don’t provide anything for the party but force us to pay more than other people. It’s not worth it and the staff needs to be taught the word “customer service”. Because that was unbelievable.

  I think majority of Mc Donald branch are really slow in service. This bramch is newly renovated but the service are terrible. It will take you almost half an hour to get your ordered food and they always remove the numbers in wating screen to think that they are fast...typical here in McDonald Lethbridge
