  The chicken itself, when there's actually chicken on it, is tasty and juicy. But this KFC has the same scam going that every KFC seems to run: the breast piece comes with almost all the meat stripped off the bone before it's even cooked, then the skin gets folded back over that pathetic sliver to make it look like a real portion. Cook it, and what little's left just shrivels up dry. You're paying full price for what's basically a bone with a skin flap. I specifically asked to have the breast piece swapped out for something else, and they wouldn't do it. Terrible customer service on top of a terrible product. This isn't a one-off, it's been happening for years. If KFC can't put actual meat on a breast piece, stop selling it as one. Either give us a real portion or swap it for something that isn't a joke. Deplorable value for the price, and it's insulting at this point.

  The chicken was red on the inside absolutely cold and drenched in grease it almost made me puke I paid 30 dollars for chicken that doesnt even taste like chicken west location is the worst in the city
