  Food is kfc so its fine but these cheap owners need to schedule some more staff, this place should not be as busy as it is and its just because they take forever to make any food, i think i saw only two employees in the restaurant. These guys are working these people to the bone just to save a buck and us as customers are getting crappy service because of it. Do better. 30 minute drive thru line should not be a thing

  The man who served me had a hairnet on top of his head, but his long hair was not in it. It really made me not want to eat there again because I feel the hygiene standards are bad. UPDATE: 5 MINS LATER WE FOUND A HAIR IN OUR FOOD. We won't be back. UPDATE #2: WE FOUND ANOTHER HAIR.

  The chicken itself, when there's actually chicken on it, is tasty and juicy. But this KFC has the same scam going that every KFC seems to run: the breast piece comes with almost all the meat stripped off the bone before it's even cooked, then the skin gets folded back over that pathetic sliver to make it look like a real portion. Cook it, and what little's left just shrivels up dry. You're paying full price for what's basically a bone with a skin flap. I specifically asked to have the breast piece swapped out for something else, and they wouldn't do it. Terrible customer service on top of a terrible product. This isn't a one-off, it's been happening for years. If KFC can't put actual meat on a breast piece, stop selling it as one. Either give us a real portion or swap it for something that isn't a joke. Deplorable value for the price, and it's insulting at this point.
