  Walked in and ordered two snack wraps. First off, they ignored me so I had to use the kiosk. Then I spent 15 minutes waiting before they told me that it would be another 5 minutes During that time I witnessed 5 drive thru and 2 skip orders get picked up. Absolutely horrendous work by a supposed fast food establishment

  I don't normally do this and complain about a business online, but this KFC has been a staple to Lethbridge for a very long time and it frustrates me to see the management here NOT listening to the complaints coming in. And I say that because there has been little progress with the service there. The people are not pleasant, or welcoming. The pop is always watered down and just tastes like water with a little syrup in it, and I mean barely any. And the fries always taste more like sugar than salt. The salads are all mixed wrong and out of proportion. This has been going on for a long time now, and STILL no improvement. Not to mention that $15 for a big crunch combo is unjustified. Especially if everything but the burger tastes awful!!!! I just want you to know, since you can't take my concerns seriously. I am taking my business elsewhere and will pass the message to everyone else I know that hasn't already. It saddens me to see a KFC that's been in the neighborhood forever go to crap because of the laziness of others. It's a darn shame.

  When there this afternoon, ordered a big cruch sandwich there was more mayo then salad on it , was vary disappointed.

  Waiting time is thru the roof prices for 6 chicken is 32 bucks. There is no napkins to grab. Inflation hit hard over there ?
