The spicy food had no balance just spicy. The restaurant is dark and unappealing. We were one of the few people there so at least the food came out fast

Because we were right next to them, they had to walk around us to get to the other side of their table. It was super annoying and I wish we had asked at the beginning to be moved, for our sake and for theirs. So hopefully management reads this and that it can be avoided for future patrons. The constant movement from this group made the floor constantly move as well. It felt like my stomach was falling.

Everything here is fairly priced, and the service was fantastic. Our waiters were really nice. When it was time to order, me and my dad decided to share the Birria Nachos. It took only 10 minutes to come out of the kitchen. While we were waiting, there was baseball playing on the TV. I like baseball. The food came out warm, and the smells coming from that plate was about to make me start floating towards it like a cartoon. We took 1 bite and it was the best plate of nachos I've ever had. The freshly made chips had a unique sweetness that I dig. The addition of the birria meat upgrades this meal to another level.The salsa was good and not too spicy. I have a low spice tolerance, so I somewhat struggled to eat it cause of the sliced jalapeños. After we finished, I can safely say that this is an excellent restaurant. Highly recommend.

We all drove in from Calgary. I spoke to the manager the day before and dropped off some balloons for the table upon our arrival. Our table was ready but no balloon. When they brought them out they were deflated. The staff were quick to take drink and food orders. But then they forgot about us. No one checked on our drinks. No one cleared the table. No one asked if we were ready for dessert(I brought a cake). When they decided to bring the cake out 35 mins after our meal the candles were broken! When I brought my concerns and disappointment to the manager he disappeared! He left the server to deal with my complaint. I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for many year. The lack of customer service was appalling. Retraining would be my recommendation.
