So I've been thinking about this for 2 days. So on the weekend I went to Arby's cuz I was craving a French dip and Swiss. I think it's called and I I understand we have shrinkflation right now but what I saw was ridiculous. I have ordered this meal before many times and I cannot believe how much they shrunk the sandwich and they shrunk the amount of meat they put in it. This meal almost cost me $20. It was not worth $20. It's making me second-guess whether I will go back to Arby's again for anything. I also ordered their Montreal smoked meat curly fries and I don't know if they put an aioli on there or something but it was disgusting. So sorry Arby's but you can save money but not by basically screwing the customer over and that's exactly what I feel like. I went for a nice big French dip and I got a baby sandwich. Anyway, I hope the people at Arby's see this and realize that they can't save money by screwing the customer over because basically they're just going to lose customers cuz I'm considering not going back.

THIS was the SECOND WEEKEND that I VISITED
THIS ARBY’S in LETHBRIDGE, ACROSS FROM the
PARK PLACE MALL.
IT HAS BEEN YEARS SINCE I VISITED ARBY’S
and WHAT a NICE CHANGE FROM the TYPICAL
FAST FOOD BURGER JOINTS.
DURING the EASTER WEEKEND, a VERY FRIENDLY and HELPFUL YOUNG MAN ADVISED
ME to GET the “ROAST BEEF and GARLIC with
SWISS CHEESE” and then HE RECOMMENDED
the “BLUEBERRY TURNOVER” as a NICE TREAT.
The FOLLOWING WEEKEND MY FRIEND and
I VISITED THIS SAME ARBY’S AGAIN and I TRIED
the “ROAST BEEF, JALAPEÑO and CHEESE SANDWICH” which was also VERY GOOD!!!
NEXT VISIT to ARBY’S, I will GET the HALF
POUND ROAST BEEF SANDWICH with CURLY
FRIES, because THEY are ALSO GREAT!!!
The RESTAURANT was VERY CLEAN, and
ALL STALL were POLITE, FRIENDLY and VERY HELPFUL!!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH ARBY’S and SEE
YOU ALL NEXT TIME!!!

the cleanliness? Let's just say I've seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. The floors were perpetually sticky, the tables were never properly wiped down, and there was always a mysterious odor hanging in the air. I once saw a fly doing backstrokes in the ketchup dispenser. The health inspector must have been bribed blind.
But the pièce de résistance? The "food." Oh, the "food." Let's just say Arby's has redefined the term "mystery meat." The roast beef was always suspiciously gray, the curly fries tasted like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp since the Reagan administration, and the less said about the "cheese" sauce, the better. I wouldn't feed it to my worst enemy. Save yourself the gastrointestinal distress and just drive on by.
