  The worst salad i have ever had just slaped together ill never buy salad at this location again and not the right portion size i have never been so disopointed

  so now i get to use a kiosk instead of just telling you what i want on my sub great... lets make a button for every topping and sauce to ensure it takes longer to place your order than to just say hey i want these things and watch them make it. now they have to wait for people to enter the info all at once and with 4 kiosks it quickly meant that orders piled up and they couldn't produce at the speed of multiple subs coming in at once. this was at 7pm god help them at rush hour. I get it business is trying to cut down on labour costs by having a kiosk instead of someone ringing in the till but that person is making the sub so you aren't saving any money until you replace them with a robot which probably will happen eventually but not anytime soon. the best part of the kiosk was asking for a tip at the payment screen; at fast food places it drives me nuts but asking for a tip on a self serv kiosk is asinine; will not be back. unreal.
