  This is the 4th time this month that I did not get a dipping sauce with my order. The first and second time, I was told they didn’t have a stock of the plum sauce. The third and fourth times, there aren’t even any sauce at all with the order. I usually do mobile order and give the store an ample to prepare, and some things are always missing or wrong. Also, I always specify 355ml for my drink, which would suggest it to be the canned soda and it’s a smaller size too. I also mention this on the drive thru and I am still given the one in a cup which tastes different. Today, I went at the drove thru due to the renovation going on and was unable to place a mobile order. So I had to ask the person at the window again to please kindly give me the one in can. I don’t really like complaining, but it has been 4 times with the same things happening. I just want to enjoy my meal when I get home but the past month has been a bit of a disappointment.

  I had a really disappointing experience at KFC. The service was not good at all. The guy at the drive-thru window was unprofessional — he was laughing while I was placing my order and didn’t communicate properly, which made the whole interaction frustrating.

  i'm not one to leave bad reviews because i try my best to understand the workers but this was just frustrating. i ordered a small order (2x popcorn chicken combo) through doordash at 11:10pm something, first driver comes at 11:20pm and ends up leaving because they had him waitin til 11:30. i didn't recieve my order until 12:30. over an hour wait is unreasonable, especially for a small order. things like this could have been prevented through better preparation and time management. please please pleaseee do better, i have never had a problem like this before and an experience like this totally ruined KFC and their team for me

  One of the most consistently poorly managed locations I’ve been to. Always long waits and the order is usually wrong. I usually just take whatever they give me so I don’t have to wait for them to make it again.

  The staffs are so accomodating and generous of their portions. Will definitely come back for more.
