None of the workers seemed to be operating with any urgency. My order was almost given to the wrong clients. Multiple skip style orders waiting. Multiple complaints coming in. The manager offered 1 free item, "on the next visit," to replace 3 missing items including 2 missing gravy from dinner. Buddy, you will be lucky if that customer ever spends a penny there again. Alongside the 4 trucks and 2 cars you weren't serving. My food was cold. LOL. Recently renovated. Front door looks cool. Somehow less comfortable?
- JBJessica BAug 1, 20262.0I lost my appetite after seeing feathers still attached to the chicken wings. It was very unappetizing and made me question the food preparation and quality control. Hopefully I don’t get sick from eating the food. I hope the restaurant pays closer attention to cleaning and food preparation in the future.
