- MKManjit KumarMay 8, 20261.0One of the worst places I went to. Yesterday, I went to go pick up an online order in the evening . The employees were very rude and didn’t show any respect towards me. She asked to see my phone, although that isn’t mandatory and I clearly told her my name. There was an old and young woman. They kept calling themself the manager and supervision. They should never have asked to check my phone, that is way out of line as an employee. They were very rude and this was completely unacceptable. They showed no interest in helping me or giving me my order. They make me feel like I was getting discriminated against. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone and this deeply upset me. I should have been able to feel respected and heard, but they did the opposite.

I could’ve just drove away but I asked nicely if I could switch the order and the cashier said… no? Cause it was already made… Then he goes “a chill person wouldn’t get mad, sorry but no”. I was kinda taken aback, said okay and I just paid for the sundae and left. $5 for about 4 spoons of ice cream and barely any fudge. Whack. McDonald’s does it better.
