⭐️⭐️ I’m disappointed with the delivery service. I placed my order at 5:20 PM and didn’t receive it until 6:17 PM almost a full hour later. I understand that restaurants get busy, and thankfully the food did arrive hot and fresh. However, when I called to ask where my order was because of the delay, the only explanation I was given was that they were “busy.” I completely understand being busy, but delivery customers are paying an additional fee for the convenience of having their food brought to them. Meanwhile, someone who orders through the drive-thru can receive the same food much sooner simply because they’re there in person. If delivery orders are going to take close to an hour, I feel there should at least be better communication with customers about the expected wait time. I would have been much more understanding if I had been told upfront that there was a significant delay. I’m hoping management will take this feedback seriously and consider doing something to make this experience right. I’d definitely appreciate a gesture of goodwill, especially since I paid for delivery and waited almost an hour for my order. The food itself was good and thankfully still fresh, it was the delivery experience and lack of communication that really disappointed me.

Took a take out during my long drive. Food was served fresh and the person at the front was very charming and accommodating.
