- CMCourtney MMay 12, 20262.0I ordered two subs that were exactly the same, but when I got home I realized one of them was made completely wrong. The drive-through also took about 15 minutes with nobody ahead of me, which was frustrating to begin with. I tried calling multiple times so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way back, but nobody answered the phone even though when I returned there was no drive-through line and only one customer inside. To their credit, they did remake my sub and even gave me a larger one for free, which I appreciated. I was still disappointed that I had to drive back and spend more time fixing the mistake, but the sub itself was actually pretty good.

What really stood out was Allae’s positive attitude and customer service—they made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about customers. Employees like Allae are a big reason I’d come back again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I specially drive to the restaurant. There was one indian women and other lady who did not even give damn to any of my efforts i made. She said make oder another time instead of finding solution. I was even willing to pay the difference that we have on the veggie delite and veggie patty one. Zero class service and please improve your customer service. There should be any loyalty for customer. Very dissatisfied.
