My first time at this place, and honestly they are so polite and patience with me making up my mind on what I want and she was very helpful on what's good, very kind, say in and enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere and ambience perfect. 10 outa 10. Highly recommend.
I come here all the time and it’s always a hit. The food is always best. The service is super friendly and on point too. Honestly one of my go-to spots.

This shop needs to adjust its menu , takes forever to get food, and has too many options. few people come in, and service still takes ages. Honestly, it’s a clear example of a failed concept.
Lady server was amazing tho
I tried the Cali Crunch Burrito on launch day, April 17, at the Cobblestone location, and it was excellent. The food was delicious and the server was great.
Today, about a week later, I went back to the same Cobblestone location to pick up two more for supper. I ordered two Cali Crunch Burritos, but as the employee started making them, she kept asking what I wanted on them. I was a little confused because I thought the Cali Crunch was a set menu item, unless that had changed.
When she got halfway through making them, she asked if there was anything else I wanted. I said, “Just put whatever comes on the Cali Crunch, because I’m not sure of everything that’s on it.” She gave me an incredulous look and said, “What?” So I repeated myself. She then said, “I thought you were making your own burrito.”
I explained that I had ordered two Cali Crunch Burritos. She then grabbed the partially made burritos, aggressively threw them in the trash, and told me to take a seat because she had to cook some ingredients for them, since it was a set recipe. I said that was fine and waited.
When I finally got the order, she was not very pleasant. I’m not sure why, because the mix-up happened because she apparently didn’t hear or understand my original order.
Unfortunately, the food was also nowhere near as good as it had been the first time. When my wife and I got home and started eating, the burritos tasted completely different. There were burnt chunks of food, dried-out chicken, and what seemed like an excessive amount of mustard, which I don’t remember being on them the first time.
Overall, it was a really disappointing experience at the Cobblestone location. I’m not sure how this location won a Best Customer Service Award, because today the service and the food both missed the mark badly. I won’t be a repeat customer.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to Mucho Burrito, I had to come on here and speak the truth. Shoutout to Prabh, because what she made for me was NOT just a bowl… it was a life experience. I walked in thinking “yeah I’ll grab something quick,” and walked out questioning every other meal I’ve ever eaten. The way she built that bowl? Precision, care, and honestly a level of dedication I usually only see in people defusing bombs in movies.Every ingredient was perfectly placed like she was creating edible art. The rice was fluffy, the protein was juicy, the toppings were stacked just right, nothing was falling apart, nothing was messy… it was organized chaos in the best way possible. I stared at it for a solid 10 seconds before eating, just out of respect annd the portions?? I asked for a bowl, not a family inheritance. I’m pretty sure this bowl could solve world hunger or at least fix my mood for the next 3–5 business days. Customer service? Elite. Prabh was friendly, fast, and somehow made the whole experience feel personal like she knew I needed that exact bowl at that exact moment in my life.Honestly, if Prabh is working, just go. Don’t think, don’t hesitate. Let her build your bowl and trust the process. 5 stars isn’t enough. I’d give 10 if I could.
