  McDonald's was considered fast food til this location came along. Takes forever for just a coffee and when you get it....it sucks. Unreal. Took me almost 25 mins to get a coffee

  1. The breakfast menu wasn’t up at 4:40 am and I tried to explain that to the CSR/order taker. He gave no explanation and listed a few items basically rushing me to decide.. I just finished night shift. I’m a visual person this off put me. They were a little rude about it as well. Sorry I want to order breakfast from the breakfast menu and read what’s to offer. I’m not an avid McDonalds person. 2. The hash browns were so greasy they leaked through the bag onto my seat. Greasy and yet under cooked. Mmm raw hashbrowns. 3. No napkins!!!! NOBODY goes through a drive through and doesn’t want napkins. 4. Why did we go from paper cups to plastic cups. Can we just have normal cups and straws back this is ridiculous.

  Was here tonight at drive through First the staff was not professional Second had to repeat my order 5 times just to make them hear me Third ordered spicy grilled chicken sandwich instead got the mc chciken

  I told the employers please no ice on my crafted coke and they told me it was not possible, I asked again just to confirm if I heard correctly and informed them “Hey I have a cold can I please get no ice” to which they confirmed that they could not do that In response they gave my a McIce drink with only 20% of the actual drink being actual coke once I poured out the ice I paid 4$ for a crafted coke I think I should get 4$ worth of soda

  Staff will argue with you for their mistakes, give silly excuses instead of an apology once they realize, and then will still get it wrong. Highly recommend NOT going to this location and going to another one in town
