  I’m feeling really disappointed about an experience I had at Walmart McDonald’s on the evening of April 27th around 8 PM. I purchased a Happy Meal for my daughter because she has been collecting the Super Mario toys, and she only needs one specific character to complete her set. However, the toy we received was from the older Hello Kitty promotion. I politely asked the cashier if it was possible to exchange it for a Mario toy, since the promotion was still ongoing that day. She told me they had none left. My daughter suggested I ask about the display toy, so I asked again. The cashier spoke to the supervisor on duty, and I was told that since it was the last day of the promotion, they would be taking down the display the next day—and that I could come back and they would give me one.The supervisor tone of voice is not nice at all rude and unprofessional .As i turned my back i heard them laughing i ignored it because i want my daughter to complete her collection and make her happy😔 that kind of attitude dont deserve that position. I returned the following day, even purchasing another Happy Meal in hopes of getting the missing character. Unfortunately, I was then told that they could not give me any of the display toys because a new promotion had started, and the owner intended to keep all the Mario display items. I understand that promotions change, but it was very disappointing to be told one thing and then have it not honored. I was not asking for the entire set or for anything for free—just one specific character to help complete my daughter’s collection.The food we ordered the meat is so dry my kids are complaining the fries is not fresh its like its been sitting there for long. It would have meant a lot to my daughter, and I hope you can understand why this situation was upsetting for us.

  We ordered food around 6pm at this location .A filipina working leader is very rude to my wife as we are ordering food .. The filipina working leader seemed unfriendly and with negative attitude and we felt very disrespected . The tone of the voice were sounds annoyed and disrespectful . Not gonna comeback on this branch of mcdonalds

  Went to go get a coffee at the Walmart McDonald’s after work today and they were closed without any notice that they were closing early for cleaning. I did inform the supervisor on that they had no notice up that they were closing early for a cleaning and that I was really upset that I could not get my coffee tonight when I got off. There was also a DoorDash driver and other people who also wanted to get orders or buy stuff and they upset a lot of people tonight November 24th. Normally I have nothing but great service at the McDonalds for food and coffee but today was absolutely terrible.
