  The kinda place you go to have the dirtiest skip the dishes bags on the counter. I even told the guy to get his filthy bag off the counter and he just left it. If I was the manager of this place id do something this is being blasted all around grande prairie. Just disgusting!

  Dear Store Manager, I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visits to your Five Guys location. Over the past several days, I have consistently experienced extremely uncomfortable conditions inside the store, along with noticeable cleanliness issues. The dining area temperature has been excessively hot for multiple days, making it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. It feels as though the air conditioning is either not functioning properly or is insufficient for the space. This has significantly affected the overall dining experience. In addition, the soda area, line area, and milkshake station have all appeared messy and poorly maintained during my visits. Spills, clutter, and lack of regular cleaning were evident, which raises concerns about hygiene and overall store management. I understand that busy periods can make it challenging to maintain perfect conditions, but these issues have been ongoing for several days, which suggests a need for more consistent attention and action. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to these concerns so that improvements can be made promptly. I would appreciate it if steps could be taken to address the temperature and cleanliness issues to ensure a better experience for all customers. Thank you for your time and attention.

  So I went to 5 guys after about a 5 year hiatus from my sweet darling, as we had a falling out. I still love her though. I walked in and was greeted by a smiling worker who seemed like she wanted to be there which is crazy in today's fast food industry. Food came out prompt and got a milkshake that was delicious. Now, I like cheeseburgers, so that's what I ordered. What I recieved was something so soft and floppy that if I slapped my gf (if I had a gf) in the face with it she'd probably think it was something else. The fries are still bangin though and I'm sure they'll be bangin the next time I go back. Overall 5 guys showed me why I left, yet still I yearn for the touch of Cajun fries to my lips. 4/5 just because there's definitely more good than toxic here.

  What a joke today! Been there before and burger were better. Today mushrooms weren’t cooked. Just like out of the can to the burger.
