    Our order got accidentally messed up but thankfully when I called the guy who had first greeted us with a very kind smile who took our order answered the phone and immediately took accountability and fixed his mistake by allowing us to come back for a remake. Very appreciative of this expierence. Need some more of that generosity around other fast food places for sure! Thank you Dairy Queen.

    I asked for NO MARSHMALLOW CANDY. I got first blizzard, it had this candy. I went back. Asked them hey you made my blizzard wrong. The guy at the front took the receipt and blizzard in. And made me new one. And here you go. Same candy again. It’s really disappointed.

    I placed a very specific order for delivery last night and it arrived EXACTLY like I ordered! Amazing attention to detail- Food was still hot and fresh, looked great and the new Korean BBQ sauce was delicious! I've also utilized the drive thru and am always pleased with the service and food quality here!

    Friend tried to order a vanilla ice cream cone on free cone day. Had the app, signed up went to the drive through the drive through worker said she could not redeem it. It said it was redeemable, worker proceeded to ignore us and look around at her coworkers not answering our respectful questions. We asked if there was a way she could get her free cone she proceeded to ignore us. Cone was small, poorly made, and the workers were unwelcoming. Worker proceeded to drop my 10 cents and not even say sorry or give it back to me. I rate this place a -100/10.
