  Highly recommend avoiding this location. The staff work like they’re all brand new to the job, waited 30 minutes for 2 Nacho Dorito Tacos, and 3 soft tacos. I asked for the Dorito tacos to only have the meat, cheese, and lettuce, the cashier even repeated it to me to double check, yet my tacos were still fully loaded with stuff I excluded in my order. The only reason the soft tacos were fine was because you’d have to go so far out of your way to completely ruin them. To top it all off, the bathroom was more disgusting than 75% of gas station restrooms. The floor was soaked, toilet bowl full of bright yellow urine, garbage everywhere, and it looked like nothing had been wiped down in days. Absolutely ridiculous.

  The first time I tried Taco Bell here in Grand Prairie it was an excellent customer experience in every way

  I asked specifically for FRIES SUPREME and didn't get it!!! Make sure double check order before leaving!!!

  I ordered 25$ worth of stuff I barely go here cause it's not usually great service.... I decided to try last time I went was a year ago abd wasn'tgreat then..... I asked for like 10 hot sauces and 10 medium sauces cause I had bunch items and u wanna know what she said!? We don't have hot or mild sauces!??? In my however many years dealing with tacobell ive never in my life heard anything even close to that. .. the whole point to going to taco bell is sauces on their food!

  Went in with my son for supper at around 5:30 with my son. Hadn’t been to a Taco Bell since my last trip to the states. It wasn’t overly busy and we didn’t know the menu’s. The young lady working at the front counter was very helpful and patient with us. Later when our food was ready I was having trouble getting to the counter to grab it, she stepped out from the counter and brought the order to us. Later as we were finishing up and ordered some desert she was slow at the counter and came out and offered to bus our extra tray. Very polite and helpful. We both remarked as leaving that it was far better customer service than we have had at the last few upscale dine-in restaurants. Please keep this worker happy. Workers like this elevate any experience and will keep customers coming back. Well done!
