I went to Taco Bell to pick up an online order, but unfortunately, the staff looked at me and nobody said anything or asked how they could help like I was invisible. My order was on the pickup/online order shelf, but no one assisted me or acknowledged that I was there. I stood there waiting for someone to help, and the experience was frustrating, especially since I was there specifically for a pickup order. Additionally, my food was cold, which made the experience even more disappointing. After that, a staff member handed me the order without saying anything to me and left .Train your staff how to treat a customer . Never going to order again from them.

Went drive thru after work thinking quick and painless, the complete opposite. I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still had to ask at the window. Crunch wrap was very poorly made not even closed at the top fully, drinks were incorrect gave both the same, and didn’t even give us straws. This was not the first time I’ve had poor quality here but definitely the time I left most frustrated.

We placed an order on their website for delivery, after over an hour we called them to see the status of our order and they said they didn’t have it, and basically told me I won’t get my food, the money came out of my account and the order said it went through. Horrible service. Manager was snobby and rude.

Service is very bad. We ordered online for pick up. We notice it’s delivery order and we didnt even pick delivery. We went to the store personally to cancel and just pay at the store. The staff dont know to cancel order online. Very bad service. Im very disappointed. And even we said its cancell they still delivered it. Very disappointed.

The girl taking our order tonight was great. Lots of giggling in the kitchen, that's not a bad thing but obviously not paying attention as our order was supposed to be all beef stuff. But was a mix of beef and chicken.
