  Paid Ft Sask Mucho a visit short time ago. Has been my ‘go-to’ healthier option for take out. I had some company at the house and were looking to feed the 4 of us. For simplicity, I decided to try the new California Crunch, I believe it’s called, and ordered qty 4. Service was slow, but was no fault of the Singular employee behind the counter, which also happened to be very new. The place quickly became busy for the lunch hour and this poor overwhelmed was overwhelmed. Like who does that to an employee? 4 X regular sized burritos totalled a whopping $71, before tip and nothing else. I left 15% tip for the great employee, who did a great job despite having no support. Walked out of there ~$85 lighter for 4 burritos. Kudos to the employee but it will be a very long time before I return, if ever. Over-rated and neglectful place.

  Been coming here for years and always got good food. Today I walked in and wasn’t even greeted for 10 minutes even though only one person was ahead of me. It should’ve sent alarm bells when I saw them scraping their food off of the quesadilla press with a metal spatula from what I’m guessing is from lack of cleaning so it was sticking. I ordered a chicken burrito and didn’t get a lot on it so there was no reason for this to happen aside from ripping it apart with the spatula. It was inedible I got hope and looked at the food and it was completely ripped to shreds with holds all over the tortilla. I tried to deal with it and take a bite and the entire thing exploded all over my table. I won’t be back again.

  Ordered online and when we arrived they didn't realize that an online order came in so we had to wait. It seems over and over that the amount of items they have available "lettuce, pickled onions, crispy onions" are never available even if you pay for extra (meat) online. Tried over and over to say its just "a bad day' but this has been the third time this has happened now.

  Brought home a chicken, rice, and vegetable bowl and immediately noticed a burnt taste after the first few bites. Upon closer inspection, we found that the corn was charred black, which had contaminated the entire dish with a strong burnt flavor. Unfortunately, the meal was inedible and ended up in the garbage. We also noticed that only one staff member appeared to be running the entire restaurant alone, which may contribute to the poor quality of the food and service. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

  I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was burnt. This is the third time this happened. I asked her not to grill it and she said that they couldn’t do that. So frustrating. Will not be going back there again.
