  Stopped in today on the way home to get breakfast for myself and my toddler. Went through the drive through and it was not busy at all - there was no one behind me. Ordered a hotcakes happy meal and my own breakfast combo. Come to find out the happy meal was missing the toy, the yogurt, and the hashbrown. They pretty much just put napkins in an otherwise empty happy meal box and gave it to me which is just embarassing. Of course they also put no receipt in the bag so I can't go back and contest it. Would not recommend this location.

  We ordered & pick up the new refresher products because it looks good when we saw it online. We were very disappointed that in the advertisement there were dried strawberries on the drink but on our order there were none. It was just a regular PLAIN refresher and nothing special on it unlike in the advertisement.

  Picture this with me, pull up super late to McDonald’s like midnight time, you’re the only one in the drive thru and you order two large sodas and a 20 piece McNugget with sweet and sour sauce, you pull up to the second window where your handed your drinks and told to pull to the next window as they need to make some fresh chicken nuggets, totally fair, it is midnight. But then you wait and wait and wait, 10 minutes go by and you think we’ll at least they will be fresh, 20 minutes goes by and you question if they are cooking each nugget one by one, 30 minutes later your finally passed your nuggets, which aren’t warm enough to taste fresh…… one car in the drive thru, 2+ people inside and a 30 min wait for 20 nuggets…..

  Manager is extremely rude. Went in with a 100 bill which I have done many times. She is immediately rude and says I can’t break that. I said yes you can politely she then says nope I’ll give you 80$ in coins if that’s what you wanna use here , I said I don’t want 80$ of coins she said to bad sir we aren’t a bank. I said aren’t you a business and it’s your job as a manger to have The proper Change for customers. She said nope and basically through my 100 back at me and said I’m not serving you after I was polite with her the entire time. I then drove to the other McDonald’s where they immediately took the 100$ and broke it for me and said it’s obviously poor management if they don’t keep the proper Chang for a till 🤷🏽‍♂️ all I wanted was my McGriddle 😭😭 based off the reviews her management skills clearly need work.

  The place was nice and clean however when I ordered 7 items at around 11pm. Ended up waiting 30 min for my food to get to the counter they ended up putting the wrong order number on my order and almost gave it to another person that was waiting for there food befor I even ordered mine they almost forgot to add a chocolate milk to the happy meal that I got for my daughter and did forget to include my ice coffee I ordered overall this McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I've been too I should have went to A&W across the street.
