  Absolutely amazing service! Everyone was so friendly and fantastic!!! Very helpful! I was very happy when I came late in the night and was helped by Emma! She is so sweet and super fantastic!!

  Went to the drive through for 2 mcflurries. Saw the car in front of us recieve mcflurries before we pulled up to the window. When we spoke with the worker they said pull out front. Waited 20 minutes. Noone came out. Went back thru. Saw like 8 mcflurries sitting on the counter. Magically none of them happened to be ours. Would not recommend if you just thought you would grab something quick as intended in a drive thru

  Ai has replaced half of the jobs at these McDonald's locations. Less employees than ever. I will not be supporting this terrible profit margin problem

  Had a very disappointing experience at this location at around 3:30pm today. A young boy at the front counter that was under training was left alone to take orders, while the general manager Janet was standing right beside him chatting to somebody. The order taker got confused with something and tried asking for her help, the lady looked at my face I smiled and said hi, she gave me a blank face and told the boy I don’t have time for this. I helped the guy with how to punch in the order since I have worked at McDonald’s for a long time. I understand its hard to handle the store at some times, there could be a million places where her mind could be but being a General manager, she of all should know how to treat a customer with respect and curtesy. What would you teach your team if you cant follow the basic principles of customer service.

  I’d like to shout out Janette for providing great service on my visit. Despite ordering takeout she brought the food to my friend and I, checked up on us throughout our visit, and was happy to help when we needed anything. Additionally this McDonald is always clean and the atmosphere is great. Lastly the food is always great and made well. I would highly recommend this McDonalds to anyone looking to eat in fort sask and would come again!
