When I reached the payment window, the attendant took quite a long time to open the window and collect the payment. During that time, melting snow/water was dripping into my car, which was uncomfortable and avoidable. When I mentioned this, the response I received was dismissive (“it’s melting”), rather than acknowledging the situation or trying to help. I understand that conditions can be challenging, especially in winter, but customers shouldn’t be left waiting in a way that causes inconvenience or discomfort. It would really help if there were better processes in place—either a quicker response at the payment window or some consideration for weather conditions to avoid situations like this.
