  Hello, I would like to make a complaint regarding the McDonald’s location in Fort Macleod, Alberta. I visit this location regularly in the mornings before work, and almost every time I wait 15–20 minutes for a simple breakfast order. This keeps happening repeatedly, even when the restaurant is not very busy. The morning service is extremely slow and poorly organized. Customers should not have to wait this long on a regular basis for basic orders. I ask management to seriously review the morning staff performance and improve the speed and quality of service at this location. Thank you.

  We visited yesterday for lunch on our road trip. I am assuming it was the owner as she was not in a McDonald’s uniform, was yelling at the staff for what I’m not sure because from what I could see, all employees were hustling and working. The other customer beside me waiting for our meal, I see his breath even said, enough yelling already. It just made for an uncomfortable feeling for the employees. I also witnessed an employee come out to an elderly couple to see how their meal was which I thought was a nice gesture.

  Worst experience at a McDonald’s. Ordered food, happy meal, McDouble meal and 2 chicken wraps. Once we got to the window to pickup food they gave us 2 drinks and a happy meal and asked us to move to spot 3 for the rest of our food. 10 minutes later my daughter had finished her happy meal and my son so sad he didn’t have food yet. Now atleast 10 cars through the drive thru I went in to ask where my food was. They set my food on a side counter and forgot about us outside. They set a soggy beg on the counter and stare at me. I reach in to find cold soggy fry’s on the top…. I tossed the fry’s and they ran and grabbed me some fresh ones thankfully. No apologies, nothing. WORST MCDONALDS

  Waited 30minutes for simple chicken nuggets and fries. Think they forgot about us. Employees forgot 2 drinks and had to be reminded about it twice!
