  We did drive thru the other night and I ordered a “pup cup” (which is FREE at every other Dairy Queen) but Edson charges.. I had absolutely no problem paying for it mainly because of the service we had received from Sino! Now that employee knows how to not only answers questions but can make you laugh and enjoy the drive thru experience! Ice cream is ice cream, that’s why I’m only taking the time to give props to Sino and the customer service!!

  The DQ here is pretty dang good, I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience or a messed up order. Always going through the drive thru and the people have always been gracious and friendly as all get out. Today I was served by Gurpreet, she’s always very nice and always good for a few extra napkins lol. Good job all.

  We’ve left a review on my dads account already, but I’m giving one too because how can you mess up so many things in one order? (If you didn’t see the other review with these photos) they gave us spicy strips instead of regular, bbq instead of honey garlic strips, forgot the Pepsi, and no spoon for the sundae. Plus the guy at the window was being weird (slightly annoyed) about us wanting to scan/use points.

  Our drive-thru order was completely messed up. We ordered and paid for a regular chicken strip basket but were given spicy instead. We ordered a honey garlic strip basket but were given bbq instead. They completely forgot to give us our pepsi. They didn’t give us a spoon for the sundae either.
