I had a great experience at this burger place. The person who took my order and made my burger, Nav, was friendly, professional, and made everything exactly how I wanted it. The service was quick, and the burger was fresh, hot, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in their work. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks, Nav, for the excellent service!

I am still skeptical of the theme, but I was impressed with the taste compared to the cost. Good value, yummy food.

This was one of the worst food delivery experiences we've ever had. Order from the skip. We ordered three burgers, fries, sauces and drinks. The order arrived incomplete. Three fries were missing, except for a few loose fries thrown into the bag. None of the sauces we paid for were included. The food arrived cold, burnt, dry and overcooked. The burgers tasted burnt, and the overall quality was far below what we expected, especially for such an expensive order. The most concerning issue was the Impossible Burger. My partner is vegetarian, and we specifically ordered it because he does not eat meat. The burger looked and tasted very similar to a beef patty, and shortly after eating it he became sick and vomited. I cannot say with certainty whether it was beef, but it is also possible that the vegetarian patty was cooked on the same grill as the meat burgers or came into contact with meat or animal fat. Either way, this should be clearly communicated to customers or prevented through better food handling. We appreciate SkipTheDishes customer support for resolving the issue with a full refund, but the restaurant's quality control was unacceptable.
