I’m disappointed that such a simple mistake was made. I received the wrong food, which suggests the order wasn’t checked carefully. Please improve your attention to detail going forward.

Terrible experience with the staff before closing tonight ,they take our order and while they are cooking order I asked to use the washroom ,they said no we are closed even though it’s not closing time yet , they had no problem taking our money for the order ,yet they can’t let us us the washroom , in Alberta if u provide food u have to provide a washroom for customers, this is a clear violation of Alberta health law , we tell them no salt on fries and outsole put extra salt and they dumped fries all over the bag ,staff was very rude

We decided to try Burger's Priest based on a few great reviews. I was both pleasantly surprised by some things, but also disappointed in others.
Starting with the Chicken Low Priest burger. It was fairly tasty, the chicken is 100% all meat, no filler and was satisfying but just a bit smaller than we expected. The photos of the menu are highly exaggerated in size, compared to the burger typically served.
The Poutine was okay, neither great nor disappointing. The Poutine at 5 Guys seems to have more flavour.
The Bacon Cheese Dog was disappointing, but for a place that specializes in Burger's, that's to be expected. The onions on it tasted burned, not grilled, and it was cold.
The seating is quite unpleasant, there are no back rests and it be uncomfortable.
Now where this place really shines, is the Beef Burger's.
We tried the Signature Holy Smokes burger, double patty. They did not have the usual sauce that goes on the burger, but had a great substitute BBQ sauce.
The burger was very tasty, and fulfilling.
Definitely recommend the beef burgers, or at least the Signature Holy Smokes.
Will go back again, but not for the dogs or poutine.

The burger I got was pretty good, the milkshakes were fantastic!
I did order a chicken burger deconstructed, so I could put it together once I got to where I was going to avoid a soggy bun situation, but the workers somehow forgot to include the chicken. That was a little disappointing, but I called the store and they agreed to refund me for the burger.
