  The chef sneezed right into my meal today June 9, 2026 at about 3:34pm. READ MORE: If you were at this thai express at about 3:30 pm today when i was there a nice older woman would've taken your order. I gave her a big tip just because. However, after i paid for the meal and waited for it to be prepared, i saw with my own eyes the tall chef sneeze, he didn't bend away from the direction of my food on the stove he sneezed RIGHT INTO IT. I was initially very hungry but immediately lost appetite, i knew i couldnt use my last strength to argue cos i imagine he will not easily take responsibility for such unhealthy and unhygienic display of food preparation so i simply walked away, I didn't ask for a refund, nothing, it so they will notice and this review will show up and confirm when they noticed i walked away without the meal. Dear owners of Thai express, if you check your cameras you will see this play out and if you ask the staff if anyone paid for "thai fried rice, beef, very spicy" but walked away without their meal, it was me. Standing within the resturant you will see me freeze in shock when he sneezed into my food and how i walk straight out of the place without confrontation. PLEASE ADVICE YOUR STAFF, AND DO BETTER this community, your customers deserve better and in the season of flu, hantavirus, covid etc, no one wants to be purchasing any meal garnished with germs.

  first of all, their hours on the internet vs uber eats are different. so it caused a lot of confusion when i was driving there, because i was worried about not getting my food. second, it was absolutely disgusting to look at. the sauce was split, and considering i spent $17 on this, i was so grossed out by the lack of quality control. yes, i did pick up so i dont expect my food to be perfect, thats a given. but this??? this is actually foul to look at.

  Not sure if it was the coupon we use or it's the same with regular price. We ordered 6 noodles and there are only 2-3 pieces of meat per bowl either chicken or beef. We have to literally dig in the noodle to see if there are any more. We always go to Thai Express in other locations and would have a decent portion. With this price $16.95 for fast food style noodles I can go to other places.
