  I love Thai Express, but unfortunately this location keeps disappointing me. I’m sorry to say this, but even the lady cashier seemed unfamiliar with her job. I was trying to collect my rewards points, but she didn’t know how the system worked. The scanner wasn’t working, and she also seemed unsure about how the app functions. It was frustrating because this has happened more than once. I really enjoy Thai Express, but better staff training and customer service at this location would make a big difference.

  This place used to be our #1 go to for pad Thai. After last night's experience I will never return, I do not enjoy burnt food, with black bits all over it. How do you even think that it is OK to take the amount you charge and produce such poor quality food? You should be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting.

  Spent 40$ on 2 dishes for pick up, these 2 workers decided even though the food was burnt it was a great idea to still serve it. The food was disgusting to taste and burnt. Once I opened the packages you could smell the burnt. They have been doing this long enough to know that this is not edible and still sold it. This is the only location that is open past 7pm, we will never return to this location and I will be contacting their head office. But I feel this is a franchise, because a corporate store would never serve such garbage.
