I even witnessed a young child restock the cutlery once touching them all over with their bare hands. The broccoli has had a fishy smell more than once, the water keeps splashing into the egg mixture when the woks are getting cleaned, the water looks murky, the counter is greasy, the floor is filthy.. they lost me as a customer.

I was trying to collect my rewards points, but she didn’t know how the system worked. The scanner wasn’t working, and she also seemed unsure about how the app functions. It was frustrating because this has happened more than once. I really enjoy Thai Express, but better staff training and customer service at this location would make a big difference.
