  I ordered a beef pad see ew, medium spice and got a shrimp one that was sweet. Thankfully, I only took one small bite when I noticed all the shrimp as I'm allergic to it. I checked my receipt and it does indeed say beef. Not thrilled I spent $20 on something I didn't want and can't eat as I'm allergic to shrimp & of course, I grabbed it around 530pm so once I saw this at home, it was just after 6 and they were closed. Update:I have reached out to the location on more than one occasion. It's difficult as the person or people I've spoken to say they weren't working that day so there is nothing they can do. I told them I have the receipt and pictures of the meal and that doesn't seem to matter. One person gave me a number for someone named Wendy but no one ever answers. It goes to a msg saying they do not have voicemail. No one seems to want to help me for a meal they gave me that I'm allergic to. I've also emailed head office with the receipt and pictures of meal and no response. I'm not sure what else I can do. This is $20 wasted on a meal I could not eat. Super disappointed at the service from this location and head office.

  Ordered 3 meals and while waiting at the counter waiting for my food a lady emerges from the back room with the chicken that is supposed to go over our food, she held it by her hands and started to put it over our food, no gloves, no basic hygiene practice, no nothing, just her bare hands touching our food as if she is at home! Asked to be refunded and to have my order canceled, the lady said "oh my hands are clean! " I said yes thats valid when u are cooking at home for ur kids not for customers at a restaurant! I dont know how they get away with this poor health and hygiene standards. Don't eat there!

  Absolutely the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. The red curry smelled like spoiled seafood and was completely inedible. Poor quality, bad hygiene, and not worth the money at all. Never coming back.

  I just placed an order, had some things to do, decided to have dinner with my daughter, my daughter liked the pasta, but I didn't like the Tom Yum, but I don't have any problems with that, it's my taste, but the problem is that we also ordered a BOK BOK Bag, they didn't put it in for us, only the sauce, I understand they may have forgotten, but it's impossible to call, I paid a lot of money, is this such respect for customers???? I don't know how to solve this issue, but why should I give money away? It's so good to do business, the dish is in the receipt, it's in the order, but it wasn't in the package, sorry, but they ruined the evening!!!!! Have a nice evening to you!!!!
