- TFTyler Fitz1 day ago1.0Do not come to this location, the food is never fresh, the staff do not listen and the orders are messed up regularly, and they will nickel and dime you for every little thing. And a good majority of the time you cannot go inside the restaurant, you have to either drive through or use their walk-up window which is not always manned by staff.

I’ve been saying excuse me to call someone to help me get my order but they’re not paying attention. Not recommend this place,employees using their phone while working.

Staff does not know anything , have 6 to 7 employees but still the orders are backed up and they don’t know what they are doing. They run like chickens with heads cut off, They took 25 mins to make our order and that order was missing half of my food and then they got me completely wrong Order. When asked for refund, they charged us again instead of refunding the money. Unpleasant experience ever. Do not got to this location ever.

I feel like there’s probably bad management and it’s under-staffed or something. The other Taco Bells in the city are not like this one in my experience. Only order if you enjoy waiting awhile and enjoy missing ingredients. Why did the same taco have sauce in one and not the other when they were the same thing. Sheesh.
