  Horrible service don’t go here first off they tried to charge me 50 dollars for a crunch wrap combo 13.49, a quesadilla combo 10.99 and a Doritoslocos taco 5.99 when I got to the window I asked to see the receipt and they had an extra charge on top of the quesadilla an extra 20 . The only item they didn’t mess up in our whole order was the single taco, they forgot to give us the quesadilla after all that bs and we had to go in. I went inside and told the lady she forgot my quesadilla and she started ARGUING with me might I add this was a a different lady from the drive through I told her to go check because I order one and she fought with me the whole time finally the lady from the drive through showed her my receipt When she put it in the bag she literally folded it. That was also the saddest skinniest Crunchwrap I’ve ever had and the guy behind us was flipping us off and honking because it was taking so long, we didn’t even have the food yet.i would post a picture of the crunch wrap but you couldn’t even see there just fillin in it

  If I could take back the 30 whole minutes I would! In fact I rather be skinned alive while being burned by a fire, with 100 bees stinging because that would be less agonizing!!! The most appetizing thing about my meal was the box it was in, at that point I considered going home and eating my cat’s food. Anyways I did eat it, and my stomach still hurts (24 hours later)! I would not be surprised if this place was found out to be serving lethal chemicals in the food. The point is just eat out of the trash if you plan on going to this place, because it will probably taste better

  yea... no. first time having taco bell, would never get again. walked in, ordered from the kiosk with my three friends, as we were waiting, another costumer came up and told the workers that both her crunch wraps had ranch, when she specifically asked for no sour cream, she was very nice but got a rude response, it also took way too long to get her food. my one friend got a crunch wrap when she ordered a burrito. my other friend order the nachos with extra beef, got no beef, went to the workers and it took 10 minutes to get her new nachos. the crunchwrap for another one of my friends was paper thin. while we were waiting, the front doors locked while people were trying to get in and out, it took them five minutes to open the door. this happened on another occasion on the same visit as well. all the tables were disgusting and i felt like the place was about to get shot up. any positive reviews are complete bs

  Went here craving some tacos but sadly was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. Ordered a party pack which clearly states 12 tacos, then ordered two separate chicken tacos. They put 10 tacos in the bag all soft and forgot half the stuff we payed for. Went back with a good attitude asking them to confirm the order and add in the tacos they missed and they were snobby and incredibly rude then gaslit me saying it only comes with 10 tacos as I showed them the menu says 12. Ended up leaving there upset. Just a horrible place, explains why they don’t even show up as a Taco Bell location on the app.

  Extremely disappointing experience. My friends and I came and ordered through the kiosks and all of our food orders came out completely wrong. I asked them to fix my order and they responded rudely. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. On top of that, the wait time was unbelievably slow — everything took forever. The door was broken too and many people pounded on the windows to be let in and the tables were dirty. Overall, very frustrating. I was looking forward for some good TacoBell ☹️.
