  Just disgusting, id use harsher word of I could I order the luxe box around 8pm I got home the taco and fries were good but the beans they put in the burrito was inedible. Being incredibly salty and burnt taste. What a joke never buying tacos from here ever again.

  Omg, how disappointing. I decided to order tacos because it’s National Taco Day, and I was seriously let down. I ordered through Skip, and somehow my food took an entire hour to travel only 6 blocks. By the time it arrived, everything was cold and honestly looked pretty unappetizing. The large drinks weren’t even filled properly, with one missing roughly a quarter of the drink. There was also nothing securing or protecting the drinks from being tampered with. They used to put stickers over the lids, but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore, which is pretty concerning. The presentation was another huge issue. I ordered the “Double Dipper Burritos,” and they were all thrown into one package and arrived completely squished. The hard tacos were soggy as well as the nachos. It looked like nobody cared about how the food would actually arrive to the customer. We ordered 8 items and were given only 4 hot sauce packets. On top of that, there were no forks, straws, or napkins included. Thanks Tacobell! Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. The food was cold, poorly presented, missing basic items, and the whole order felt like it was put together with absolutely no care. What a disgrace to the food service industry. I didn't expect much from this place to begin with considering the hundreds of negative reviews and 2 star rating, but this is just mindblowingly unacceptable. A 6 year old can do better than this!

  I came through tje drive thru ordered 6 tacos 2 fries and 3 sides of cheese and it was EIGHTY FOUR DOLLARS! When i asked why it was was so high the girls snapped at me. When I got to the window I asled again and all she did was print and throw the receipt at me. To make it worse when I got home my 2 chalupas were so ridiculously hard I couldnt eat them, the fries were stale and they missed a cheese. If youre going tk charge fancy restaurant prices at least make sure your service and food is up to the standard !!! 84$ FOR 2 people to eat fast food !!!

  Do not go to this Taco bell, the staff do not want to serve you. I'm not kidding they roll their eyes and get annoyed when someone tries to order. They have no sense of urgency and you will witness most of the staff just standing around and one person running around. I worked fast food so I understand how grueling it can be, however I worked at an incredibly busy location and if I worked like these workers I'd have been fired. I do not expect fast food workers to bend over backwards, just show an ounce of respect to the people paying for the service you're being paid to do. If the staff weren't so rude I'd probably not make this review but I am appalled by the service. It also took forever to get the food (very typical of this location but today was especially bad) my boyfriend and I ordered the same thing at the kiosks. He paid before I did, yet I got my food first. His came out 10 minutes later. Thats on top of the 10+ minutes of waiting for mine. We waited 20+ minutes. By the time we got home my hard shell tacos were soaked and breaking. They also did not want to give more than 2 hot sauces, even though we had more than two items. I will not be returning, I have given this store too many chances and been disappointed every time. Seriously steer clear of this location!

  Been there twice this year to dine in. Probably not going to be a third time anytime soon. Both times were not exactly a great dining experience. The first time, which was about a month ago, I ordered from the kiosk, and they got my order wrong. Plus, there were a lot of loud teenagers there. Not a very enjoyable experience. The next time, which was today, I decided to go right up to the customer service area. They ignore me for at least 10 minutes. Maybe more. I was just about to leave when one of the staff finally came up to the register to take my order. When I sat down to eat, there was only one other table that was occupied by a group of women. One of them decide that it was totally appropriate to just sing out loud, regardless of who else was around. Repeatedly. Inconsiderately. Loudly. And, may I add, not particularly well. It was quite irritating. I was hoping that someone from the staff would say something to her. But of course, not a chance. So, from now on, if I’m ever in the mood for Taco Bell again, I’ll just be using the drive thru. That way, at least I won’t have to put up with the questionable ambiance. If I could give a negative rating for the atmosphere, I would.
